Can’t recommend these guys enough. Whether you buy a cart from them, get a customization or need new batteries, these guys go above and beyond to get you back on the road or course as fast as possible if/when your cart breaks down. If you’re a cart owner, having a company like this that will help you every step of the way is invaluable.

Colin and the team at NPS in Cool Springs made the golf cart purchasing experience simple and smooth. Their extensive knowledge helped us identify the right brand of cart for our family when the amount of options on the market were overwhelming. Once a selection was made, we were offered great promotions for extra value, and the cart was custom built to our preferences and delivered to our driveway within two weeks. Highly recommend NPS if you’re looking for a cart!

Hey there - so my review is about a 2 year or so journey. The caution I have for you is this: Don't buy a used golf cart from these guys. Let me explain.I bought an awesome used custom 2017 Club Car golf cart from them in Oct 2022, which my kids love driving around the property. In Nov of 2023 or so (12 months after purchase) it stopped working. Apparently the most important part of caring for these is keeping a proper water level and care for the batteries (which might seem obvious). This was not brought to my attention specifically in discussions (outside of a disclaimer they said was in the materials provided at purchase which I clearly overlooked). When I called them they said the batteries I had were not supposed to last very long in the first place (and remember the cart was a 2017 they sold to me in 2022) - and offered me a $3500 (or so - can't remember) replacement service to change out the batteries to a more modern technology. Here is where my main issue is.The owner told me in text that the batteries were "good as new" and had a "new battery system" as I explained my hesitancy for buying a used cart. My main point being - if you are going to buy a used cart where the batteries go bad in a short time and then it costs 3k to fix - you might want to know that or avoid buying a used cart.
