Advanced EV golf carts look excellent, are well-made, and have an established track record of dependability. With variants of three primary models – EV1, Advent, and Advanced HD – you have a lot of options when it comes to finding the best Advanced EV golf cart for your needs. Golf carts used to come standard with DC drive systems, which are good on the golf course but left a lot to be desired elsewhere. Advance EV Carts’ performance and speed ensure that you may take it on diverse terrains and on the road, certain that it will meet your expectations. However, if you simply want to use your cart on the golf course, your Advanced EV will serve you well and offer you plenty of torque as you travel from hole to hole.

Advanced EV Golf Cart comes equipped with a 350A controller. The controller is essentially like the brain of the golf cart. It regulates the power flow from the batteries to the motor, ensuring smooth acceleration and efficient power use. The 350A rating provides ample power, good speed, and torque, making the cart responsive and capable of handling most non-extreme terrains.
Most Advanced EV Golf Carts come equipped with an AC (Alternating Current) motor, rated at 48 volts and 4 kilowatts. The Advent 4FL and 6L models are the only two models that come with a 48V/5KW AC motor. AC motors are known for their efficiency, longevity, and smoother acceleration. At 4 kW, your golf cart motor offers a good balance of power and practicality, allowing for decent speed and pulling power without draining the battery too quickly. For example, when you’re pulling away from a stop with a fully loaded cart, the motor provides a steady and strong pull without the jerky start that can be typical with less sophisticated motors.
Advanced EV uses AdvancedLi lithium batteries for their golf carts. At Street Legal Golf Carts, we sell three sizes of AdvancedLi batteries: 100x, 150x, and 200x, all rated at 51.2 volts. The primary difference among these options is the range and longevity they offer. With higher “x” values, you get more energy storage, allowing for longer usage times between charges:
100x: Suitable for shorter, more frequent trips (About 25-28 miles on a Non-Lifted Advent 6)
150x: A mid-range option for longer distances or more demanding use. (About 35-40 miles on a Non-Lifted Advent 6)
200x: Ideal for the longest range, suitable for those who don’t want to charge frequently or who use their cart intensively. (About 50-55 miles on a Non-Lifted Advent 6)
