This Golf Cart does not run. We assume it is just the batteries, but we are not 100% certain. If you wish to receive a detailed diagnostics report for this golf cart, you must schedule one with our service department. Diagnostics reports are not free. We charge $125 an hour plus tax for labor. 

This golf cart is not street-legal and cannot be converted into one. It is a Golf Cart and a Golf Cart only.
