Frequently Asked Questions

Is the trailer's warranty transferable?

The warranty is valid exclusively for the original purchaser. When buying a used trailer from a dealership, any warranty provided is at the dealer’s discretion and is their responsibility to uphold. For more details on our warranty policies, please reach out to your local dealer or contact the factory directly at (866) 415-3285.

Please follow a three-stage torquing process using a ‘star’ pattern for the wheel lug nuts. Begin by tightening one nut, then move directly across to the next, continuing in this ‘star’ pattern until all nuts are tightened.

  • First Stage: Tighten all lug nuts to between 20-25 lbs.
  • Second Stage: Increase the torque to 50-60 lbs for each lug nut.
  • Third Stage: Finally, adjust the torque to 95-100 lbs. This is the recommended torque for these stainless steel lug nuts on aluminum rims.

For maintenance, check the lug nut torque after the first 50 miles, again at 200 miles, and regularly every 500 to 1,000 miles thereafter.

To clean the aluminum components of the trailer, you may use any aluminum polish or cleaner. For painted aluminum sheeting on enclosed trailers, opt for a non-abrasive, mild automotive cleaner, such as car wash soap. Brands like Aluma-Brite and Citra Brite come highly recommended by both dealers and owners. If you encounter a dark spot on your trailer bed, WD40 is the most effective solution.
